Is shipping included?

No, shipping is not included in the cost of the coffee or merchandise. It is added to your order during checkout.

Unfortunately, at this time, Goatsucka is unable to cover duties and taxes. The client is responsible for any additional fees that governments may impose after checkout from the Goatsucka payment platform.

Our coffee is roasted by our partners at Olisipo Coffee Roasters LDA in Lisbon, Portugal

Yes, Goatsucka offers both ground and whole-bean coffee.

We recommend consuming our coffee to get the full effect of its notes within 3 months of the roasting date. However, after 3 months the coffee is not bad. It just starts losing some of its original qualities. Feel free to consume our coffee up to 6 months after the roasting date if it is kept in a cool, dry, dark place. Do not refrigerate your coffee!

If there is something wrong with your order, whether you received a wrong item or the item is defective or damaged in some way, please write immediately to [email protected] so that we can further assist you.

If you are unsatisfied with our products or services, please do not hesitate to contact us and lament. Do include your name, order number, and state the dissatisfaction that you are experiencing with us.

If your dissatisfaction involves a return of products or merchandise, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Goatsucka.

Please inform Goatsucka as soon as you are not pleased with your order as you only have 14 business days to report it to us if you would like to receive a refund or voucher.

We will process your refund with the utmost diligence so that you can at least remain satisfied with our customer service; however, we are not your bank, so please be patient as the processing times for banks vary.​
