It’s not just beautifulβ€”it’s believed to guard against misfortune, sweep away the mala vibra, and turn the winds of fate in your favor.

Our Cariakito coffee carries that same protective spirit. Grown high in the misty slopes of Santa Cruz de Mora in MΓ©rida, the Villanueva variety thrives in fertile Andean soils, nurtured by crisp mountain air and a unique microclimate shaped by the MocotΓ­es Valley. Each bean is steeped in the same quiet resilience as the Cariaquito itselfβ€”ever-present, unyielding, and full of hidden magic.

Once it crosses the Atlantic to Lisbon, we roast it in small batches to reveal its inner light: floral notes that bloom like dawn, smooth vanilla that wraps the palate, and the gentle caress of white chocolate.
